Job description

**Responsibilities** - Work on some of the latest applications of AI to solve complex business problems and demonstrate significant business value to one or more clients in the Pharma domain. - Lead project teams consisting of consultants, analysts, data scientists, ML engineers etc. - Closely engage with client stakeholders and onsite teams; participate in client workshops to identify high impact business problems that could be solved through AI based solutions. - Translate those business problems (sometimes ambiguous) into clear analytic problem statements. - Domain expertise in Pharma Industry or in Life Sciences worked on Analytics consulting as a mandate. - Experience working on Analytics use cases: MMX, NBX, DT, Patient Segmentation, Payer Segmentation, Patient Journey analytics and similar use cases on the commercial side. - Good understanding of databases such as APLD, Truven, Optum, Symphony etc. - Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in delivering advanced analytics. **Preferred candidate profile** Immediate to 15 days joiner with relevant domain experience in Pharma/Life science. Level of Hire - Senior Consultant/Engagement Manager, depending on the experience and interview feedback, could vary Analytics/DS/ML experience is preferred. Salary - 22 L to 37 LPA (Based on interview performance and level recommendation)
