The Pharmacist will be responsible for accurately dispensing medications, verifying prescriptions, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and safety standards. Daily tasks include checking drug interactions, counseling patients on correct medicine usage, dosages, and possible side effects, and maintaining detailed records of prescriptions and inventory. The role also involves coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, managing stock levels, overseeing storage conditions, and supporting digital and retail workflows to ensure timely and efficient service. The Pharmacist will contribute to maintaining high standards of customer care and compliance with Tata 1mg’s operating procedures. **Qualifications** - Recognized degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm or M.Pharm) and valid registration with the State Pharmacy Council. - Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, dosage calculations, and prescription verification. - Experience in retail or hospital pharmacy operations, including inventory management and regulatory compliance. - Ability to counsel patients clearly and empathetically about medication usage, side effects, and health queries. - Comfort with using pharmacy management systems, digital tools, and basic data entry for accurate record-keeping. - Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. - Understanding of national and state-level drug regulations and good dispensing practices. - Willingness to work on-site in Raipur, including shifts, weekends, or extended hours as per business needs. - Prior experience with ePharmacy or omnichannel healthcare platforms is an advantage. - Proficiency in English and local language for effective communication with patients and healthcare teams.
