**Job Title: Pharmacy Patient Care Coordinator (US Healthcare Voice Process)** **Location:** Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore (Work from Office) **Shift:** Night Shift(**5:30 PM to 2:00 AM IST/6:30 PM to 3:00 AM IST)** **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle high-volume inbound calls from patients, providers, pharmacies, and payers. - Coordinate medication shipments, refill reminders, and patient support activities. - Verify and document patient information accurately in pharmacy systems. - Address customer inquiries related to prescriptions, benefits, and treatment support. - Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare documentation standards. **Requirements:** - Minimum **2+ years of US Healthcare Voice Process experience**. - Experience in Patient Access, Pharmacy Support, Benefits Verification, Prior Authorization, PAP, or Reimbursement programs. - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral accent. - Strong listening, probing, and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume inbound call environment. - Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and pharmacy management systems preferred. **Immediate Joiners Preferred**. **Strong communication skills and US healthcare domain experience are mandatory.**
