Powered by platforms like TransportOne, an AI-driven transport management system, Delhivery has shipped over 4 billion parcels and 4.7 million tonnes of freight, serving more than 48,000 businesses across India and beyond. **Role Description** The Physical Security Spoc at Delhivery is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing physical security across designated facilities and operations. The role involves monitoring security systems, coordinating access control, and ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures. The Physical Security Spoc will conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations, while maintaining accurate records and reports for audits and management review. This position also includes coordinating with internal teams, external vendors, and local authorities as needed, as well as supporting emergency response, drills, and continuous improvement of security protocols. The role requires proactive identification of vulnerabilities and collaboration with operations to maintain a safe and secure environment for people, assets, and information. **Qualifications** - Candidates should possess strong skills in Physical Security and Security to safeguard facilities, assets, and personnel. - Candidates should possess skills in Security Operations and Security Management to oversee daily security activities and implement effective security frameworks. - Candidates should possess capabilities in Emergency Management to coordinate response plans, drills, and incident handling. - Experience in logistics, warehousing, or large-scale operations environments is beneficial. - Ability to analyze risk, prepare clear incident reports, and use security and surveillance technologies effectively. - Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work on-site in a dynamic operational setting. - A relevant diploma or degree in security management, criminology, safety, or a related field, and professional certifications in security or risk management are advantageous.
