The Physician will review and interpret clinical information, medical records, and diagnostic reports to support data-driven decision-making and healthcare-related processes. Responsibilities include assessing medical documentation for accuracy and completeness, providing medical expertise for internal teams, and contributing to quality assurance in clinical evaluations and case reviews. The role may involve collaborating with cross-functional teams on analytics or operational projects, supporting adherence to clinical guidelines and regulatory standards, and participating in continuous improvement of medical review protocols. The Physician is expected to maintain high professional and ethical standards while ensuring patient privacy and data confidentiality. **Qualifications** - Possession of a recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from an accredited institution and valid registration with the appropriate medical council. - Strong skills in clinical assessment, medical record review, and interpretation of diagnostic reports to support accurate decision-making. - Ability to apply evidence-based medicine, clinical guidelines, and standardized protocols in evaluating medical information. - Comfort with using digital tools, electronic medical records, and data-oriented workflows in a structured operations environment. - Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and documenting clinical findings. - Demonstrated attention to detail, analytical thinking, and commitment to quality, accuracy, and patient confidentiality. - Experience in clinical practice, utilization review, medical coding, or healthcare operations is beneficial. - Willingness to work on-site in Chennai, adapt to organizational processes, and participate in ongoing training and development.
