Our 27,500+ global team members, located in 18 countries, have been instrumental in helping the market leaders transform their industries. **About Position** We are seeking a skilled PingFederate Specialist to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure authentication and federated identity solutions using the PingFederate platform. - **Role: PingFederate Specialist** - **Location: Pune** - **Experience: Between 8 to 12 Years** - **Job Type: Full Time Employment** **What You'll Do** - Design and deploy Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and federated identity solutions using PingFederate. - Integrate PingFederate with various identity providers and service providers using SAML, OAuth, SCIM, WS-Fed and OpenID Connect. - Leverage Ping Identity products such as Ping Federate and Ping Directory to enhance security and user management. - Collaborate with application teams to onboard new applications into the IAM ecosystem. - Ensure observability and monitoring of applications to maintain performance and detect issues early. - Troubleshoot and resolve authentication and access-related issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and enhance existing ones. - Participate in upgrades, patching, certificate renewals and performance tuning of PingFederate infrastructure. - Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements. - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions are current and effective. - Document technical processes and provide training to internal teams. - Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently. **Expertise You'll Bring** - 10+ Years of Industry experience in Identity and Access Management Hands-on experience with PingFederate, Ping Access, and other Ping Identity tools. - Strong understanding of SAML, OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect Familiarity with LDAP directories and Active Directory. - In-depth knowledge of authentication and authorization standards. - Experience with Java is a plus. - Proficiency in OGNL Expressions. - Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills. - Define and enforce best practices for IAM architecture, including policy configurations and access controls. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
