Job description: Job Description **Data Protection:** - Strong expertise in Key Management products and HSM solutions, with hands-on knowledge of **CipherTrust Manager** , Micro Focus Tokenization, and **Cloud-native encryption services** - Own the engineering, maintenance, and operational support of multiple Data Protection implementations and technologies **in cloud (AWS, Azure and GCP) and on-prem**  ensuring security, scalability, reliability, and compliance. - Perform and document **Data Protection Security Architecture Reviews**  for application onboarding and service changes **in cloud and on-prem** , delivering risk - Demonstrated hands-on experience with **major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)** , including secure deployment, integration, and operation of data protection and cryptographic services from a DevSecOps perspective. assessments, control validation, and actionable remediation guidance. - Strong understanding of **cloud-native security**  and DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline security, infrastructure-as-code (IaC), secrets management, and policy-as-code for regulated environments. - Design, execute, and document **proofs of concept (POCs)**  for new DP and cryptography use cases, including enrollment, integration, and production‑readiness documentation. - Act as a **subject-matter expert for assigned DP technologies** , collaborating with cybersecurity architects, engineering teams, and vendors to resolve complex technical and security challenges. - Provide **Level 3 escalation support**  for complex application and platform issues, resolving systemic failures and advising teams on long‑term remediation strategies. - Hands-on experience with **observability and monitoring platforms** , such as Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic (ELK), Azure Data Explorer (ADX), and similar telemetry systems, to monitor system health, performance, and security signals across distributed environments. - Ability to design and operate **end-to-end observability solutions** , correlating logs, metrics, and traces to detect anomalies, troubleshoot incidents, and support SLA/SLO objectives. - Comfortable working on Linux-based servers, including system administration, log analysis, performance tuning, process troubleshooting, and automation using shell scripts or configuration tools. - Strong foundational knowledge of **cryptographic concepts and data protection principles** , including PKI, encryption at rest and in transit, key management, digital certificates, and cryptographic lifecycle management. ͏ **Mandatory skill set :** • **Expertise in key management, HSMs, and encryption platforms (CipherTrust, Micro Focus Tokenization, cloud-native services).** • Own design, engineering, and L3 support for data protection solutions across AWS, Azure, GCP, and on‑prem.• Perform security architecture reviews, risk assessments, and remediation guidance.• Strong DevSecOps, cloud‑native security, and cryptography fundamentals (PKI, KMS/HSM, encryption).• Design and deliver POCs; provide observability and troubleshooting across distributed systems. ͏ ͏ ͏ **Deliver** **No** **Performance Parameter** **Measure** 1Customer centricityTimely security breach solutioning to end users, Internal stakeholders & external customers experience, CSAT, educating and suggesting right control to the customers.2Support sales team to create wins% of proposals with Quality Index >7, timely support of the proposals, identifying opportunities/ leads to sell services within/ outside account (lead generation), no. of proposals led Mandatory Skills: PKI - Certificate Management .
