**Role Summary** We are seeking a detail-oriented Planning Analyst to support supply chain planning activities by developing and maintaining short-term and long-term supply plans. The role involves demand and inventory analysis, production planning coordination, supply risk management, inventory optimization, and continuous process improvement to ensure efficient supply chain operations and high service levels. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and maintain short-term and long-term supply plans to support business and customer requirements. - Analyze demand forecasts, inventory positions, material availability, and capacity constraints to create executable supply plans. - Collaborate with manufacturing plants and cross-functional teams to align production schedules with demand requirements. - Identify and mitigate supply risks, shortages, bottlenecks, and capacity challenges. - Support inventory optimization initiatives while maintaining target service levels. - Coordinate with procurement and suppliers to ensure timely material availability and uninterrupted production. - Monitor and analyze excess and obsolete inventory and recommend corrective actions. - Manage replenishment parameters and planning strategies to improve inventory performance. - Participate in S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) and supply review meetings. - Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and supply chain performance metrics. - Maintain ERP/MRP master data, planning parameters, and system accuracy. - Analyze supply chain KPIs and identify opportunities for operational improvements. - Support continuous improvement projects focused on planning processes, efficiency, and supply chain optimization. **Required Skills** - Supply Planning - Production Planning - Inventory Management - Demand Forecast Analysis - S&OP Process - ERP/MRP Systems (SAP APO, SAP IBP, Oracle, Kinaxis, etc.) - Supply Chain Analytics - KPI Reporting & Dashboard Development - Risk Management - Advanced Excel and Data Analysis **Preferred Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience working in manufacturing or supply chain environments. - Knowledge of inventory optimization and supply planning best practices. - Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** - Service Level Performance - Inventory Turns - Days of Inventory on Hand (DOH) - Forecast Adherence - Production Plan Adherence - Material Availability - Excess & Obsolete Inventory Reduction - Supply Plan Accuracy
