Planning Manager( Underground Metro)

Job description

**Objective :** Overall responsibility of all aspects of Project Planning, Scheduling, and Resource planning and budgeting of the project. **Responsibilities :** Co-ordination with the site team for proper implementation of the Master Construction program. Prepare risk assessment for the project identifying the high-risk activities along with suggesting mitigation measures for the same. Prepare reports for monitoring the program on a weekly and monthly basis and conduct timely reviews to identify and mitigate possible risks. Preparation of resource requirements/deployment schedule/cash flow, etc. Responsible for monitoring the schedule and cost performance of the project Preparation of monthly invoices to the client as per contract conditions and compiling the vendor/ sub-contractor bills. To prepare bills of Running Account (RA) bills, final bills, and subcontractor invoices. Prepare recovery schedules to mitigate delays in the project. Co-ordinate with other departments on relevant issues relating to the project. Reporting to Management about the progress and cost of the project at regular intervals. Reporting bottlenecks/critical areas and material hold up of the project to the management. Preparing Critical activity report with remedial measures. Qualification & Experience : BE/B. Tech- Civil Engineering, Min 10 to 20 years of experience in managing Planning, scheduling, subcontract bill and client bills in large infrastructure UG metro projects. Skills: Planning & Organizing skills; detail-oriented communication skills, MSP Projects/Primavera P6Manage vendor, Subcontractor bills, client bills, expertise in QS, BOQ, Rate analysis. Proficiency in SAP AND ERP. Must POSSESS STRONG Analytical, negotiation and time management skills to ensure accurate and timely and compliant billing. **Preferred candidate profile** : Candidate should have UG metro /Tunnel experience.
