About the role This role is focused on Materials Planning, Supply & Demand Planning, and SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning). In simpler terms, the position is responsible for ensuring the right materials are available at the right time while balancing customer demand, inventory levels, and production capacity. Key Responsibilities • 810 years of experience developing enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio). • Experience with process mining and intelligent automation platforms such as Celonis and Blue Prism is a strong plus. • Strong business analysis skills with expertise in requirements gathering, process discovery, stakeholder management, and solution design. • Proficient in process mapping (BPMN, flowcharts) and identifying automation opportunities across business functions. • Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma concepts, process optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies. • Ability to identify bottlenecks processing, manual work, inefficiencies, and exception scenarios, and design scalable solutions. • Experience building Agentic AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, AI Agents, RAG, and workflow orchestration. • Strong understanding of prompt engineering, conversational AI, knowledge assistants, and intelligent automation frameworks. • Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems through APIs, custom connectors, SQL, Snowflake, Dynamics 365, and Azure services. • Knowledge of JavaScript, React, Python, C#, and SQL is preferred. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, SDLC practices, and enterprise application development. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology teams. • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, or related disciplines. • Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400) and Azure AI/Copilot certifications are highly desirable. • [Optional] Experience in HVAC, manufacturing, supply chain, SIOP, engineering, service operations, or related industrial processes.
