**Role & responsibilities** **Job Purpose** We're looking for a sharp, data-driven professional to take full ownership of operational cost controlright from the facility floor. You'll be permanently embedded in daily facility operations, working as an independent partner to the Facility Head — delivering real-time cost visibility, catching on-ground inefficiencies, and driving action on controllable expenditures that directly impact our P&L **Key Responsibilities** - **Floor Monitoring:** Actively observe daily operations to identify and eliminate waste, inefficiencies, and leakages. - **Real-Time Visibility:** Prepare and track precise facility cost data, setting up frameworks for immediate visibility. - **Daily/Weekly Interventions:** Monitor and control Manpower, Fleet, Business Partners (BP), and Loading/Unloading (L&D). - **Monthly Interventions:** Manage Consumables, MHE rentals, Staff Welfare, Bus/Shuttle costs, Procurement, and Overheads. - **Budgeting:** Set monthly budgets for controllable costs and enforce strict adherence. **Key Metrics (KPIs)** - **Controllable Cost Reduction:** % savings in manpower, fleet, and operational overheads. - **Budget Adherence:** Variance between actual monthly costs vs. set budgets. - **Leakage Detection:** Speed and accuracy of identifying cost anomalies.. **Profile Requirements** - **Experience:** 2–8 years in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Finance/Costing. - **Skills:** Strong Excel/data skills, sharp observational traits, and the ability to challenge inefficiencies constructively. - **Location:** Bangalore (Bangalore\\_Hoskote\\_GW) & Gurgaon -100% on-site presence at the facility floor is mandatory. **Preferred candidate profile**
