**Roles and Responsibilities** - Manage contract labour management, ensuring compliance with factory acts and labor laws. - Oversee industrial relations, maintaining a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution. - Ensure adherence to plant HR policies, procedures, and guidelines. - Coordinate with various departments (HR, Admin, Production) for smooth operations. - Provide support on statutory matters related to labour welfare. **Desired Candidate Profile** - 6-10 years of experience in Human Resources or Industrial Relations role. - MBA/PGDM degree from any specialization; relevant certifications preferred. - Strong knowledge of Factory Acts, Labour Laws, Contract Labour Management, and Statutory Compliances.
