**Section** **One** **Basic** **Role** **Information Role:** Engineer for Weldshop, press shop and Paint shop **Job Purpose:** Should take care of AC portable spot welding guns, MIG welding machines, Press machines and paint shop **Department** **/** **Function:** Maintenance/Electrical **Section** **Two** **Role** **AccountabilitiesStrategic ObjectivesKey Responsibilities** 1. Adherence of preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of weld shop, press shop, surface treatment plants and SPM. Should have hands on experience in spot welding process, Mig welding machines press shop, paint shop and SPM domain 2. Track the breakdowns of the weld shop, press shop, surface treatment plants and take the countermeasures and implement to reduce the MTTR and increase the MTBF 3. Should follow the IATF system and maintain all the documents. Should maintain the air leakages in the plant within 6% 4. Should know the trouble shooting of portable spot guns, MIG welding machines with utility machines like compressor, forklift, stackers, DG sets, EOT cranes, cooling tower etc. **Section** **Three:** **Educational Qualifications:** Diploma(EEE) / BE (EEE) **Relevant** **experience:** Sheet Metal / Automobile Tier 1 Industrial Experience **Language preferred:** Tamil , English Hindi **Skills & capabilities** **required:** Trouble shooting, root cause analysis. PLC Ladder editing. Should able to handle the AC portable spot welding guns in his shift.
