**Section** **One:** **Basic** **Role** **Information Role:** Press Shop LPS, HPS and SPM Maintenance **Job Purpose:** To Handling LPS and HPS press maintenance along with SPM **Section** **Two:** **Role** **Accountabilities: Strategic Objectives Key Responsibilities** 1. Adherence to preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of presses, surface treatment plants and SPM. Should have hands-on experience in the press shop and SPM domain 2. Track the Breakdowns of the Press shop, surface treatment plants and SPM and take the countermeasures and implement to reduce the MTTR and increase the MTBF 3. Should follow the IATF system and maintain all the documents. Should maintain the air leakages in the plant within 6% 4. Should know the troubleshooting work with Utility machines like Compressor, forklifts, Stackers, DG sets, EOT cranes, cooling towers, etc. **Section** **Three:** **Knowledge,** **Skills** **&** **Experience Educational Qualifications:** DME / B.E Mech **Relevant Experience:** Sheet metal / Automobile Tier 1 industrial experience **Language Preferred:** Tamil, English, Hindi **Skills & Capabilities** **Required:** Troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Hydraulic drawing reading. Handle the mechanical machines in his shift
