**Domain:** **Plastic Trims Tooling Mold flow Feasibility study (SE)** - Plastic feasibility study - Mold Flow Analysis - Mold feasibility study 1. **Qualification** - BE,/B tech in mechanical Engg - Diploma in Mechanical Engg - Post Diploma in Tool design from CITD/NTTF/IGTR - Diploma in Tool and Die Making CITD/NTTF/IGTR 1. **Total years of experience and Industry** - Min 2 years - Max 5 Years - Industry: Automotive OEM, Reputed Tool Rooms, Reputed Design office 1. **Domain/CAD Software experience.** - **Software** - Working knowledge in Catia V5 (Surface Modeling)/UG NX - Working Knowledge in Moldflow **Domain** - Automotive Plastic Trims, Interior/ Exterior Parts and Aggregates Vehicle Programme Plan and design gates of product release and product maturation metrics - Plastic Part Product design Functional requirements and Moldability requirements - Knowledge of Plastic Material - Knowledge Plastic parts manufacturing process, technology and Molds. - Knowledge of quality requirements for function and aesthetics, - Perceived quality - Knowledge of quality methos applied to assess the part quality. - Knowledge of Part feasibility recommendation considering the function and moldability - Mold flow analysis - Knowledge of Molding defects and trouble suiting. - Knowledge of various Automotive quality Standards
