Platform Leader - Vehicle Engineering

Job description

**Job Purpose** - Own end-to-end development and execution of vehicle platform comprising multiple products/projects - Lead Product Leaders and cross-functional teams to achieve QCD targets - Drive platform architecture, commonality, modularity and future technology deployment **Education** - Bachelor/Master in Mechanical, Automotive or Mechatronics Engineering - Project Management/System Engineering certification preferred **Experience** 15+ years in Automotive NPD, Platform Development and Vehicle Integration **Key Responsibilities** - Define and own platform roadmap - Lead Product Leaders and govern platform projects - Drive platform architecture and integration - Collaborate with PMO, Marketing, Quality, Sourcing, Manufacturing and CoCs - Conduct TDR, DFMEA and milestone reviews - Drive innovation and technology deployment - Build competencies of Product Leaders - Support Chief Engineer in portfolio planning **Key Skills** - Platform Engineering - Vehicle Architecture - System Engineering - Program Management - Leadership - Stakeholder Management - Business Acumen - Innovation
