Job description

**Required Skills & Experience** - Experience in **platform operations, production support, or application support** roles. - Strong understanding of **SDLC, change management, and release processes**. - Handson experience supporting **Dev, UAT, and Production environments**. - Knowledge of **access management, security controls, and vulnerability remediation**. - Experience in **incident management and RCA**. - **Basic programming/scripting** knowledge (e.g., Shell, Python, PowerShell, or similar). - Strong documentation, coordination, and stakeholder communication skills.
