Platform Operations Executive

**Key Responsibilities** Business Growth & Platform Optimization - Analyze business and platform performance data to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and areas requiring improvement. - Conduct funnel analysis to identify conversion bottlenecks and performance outliers - Deliver actionable recommendations to improve platform performance and business metrics - Support strategic decision-making through data-backed insights. Operational Excellence & Efficiency - Ensure operational efficiency through robust monitoring and review mechanisms - Conduct daily hygiene checks of platform operations based on established checklists - Identify operational breakdowns at outlet, category, and platform levels and recommend corrective actions - Develop scalable monitoring frameworks to improve operational visibility and efficiency. Customer Experience & Satisfaction - Monitor customer feedback, Voice of Customer (VOC), and quality metrics - Perform analysis of consumer comments to identify recurring concerns and improvement opportunities - Support initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention - Measure customer retention and engagement trends to recommend targeted interventions. Business Reporting & Performance Monitoring - Generate and maintain: Daily Sales Reports, Quality Rating Reports, Serviceability Reports, Product Availability Reports, Weekly quality performance reports with VOC analysis, Monthly business performance reviews, Customer retention analysis, Festive and recurring launch performance dashboards and insights. **Required Skills** - Advanced Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets - SQL - Power BI / Tableau / Looker Studio - Python or R for data analysis and automation - Dashboard Design and Data Visualization - Data Modeling and Reporting Automation - Business Intelligence Tools **Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or related field. - MBA or Analytics certification preferred.
