Platform Support Engineer IAM

**About the Role** We're looking for a Platform Support Engineer to own the day-to-day health, configuration, and supportability of our security platform. You'll be the go-to person for keeping authentication, integrations, and platform services running smoothly handling everything from SSO troubleshooting and third-party integrations to platform configuration and certificate lifecycle management. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems at the intersection of identity, security, and operations, and who takes pride in a platform that's reliable, well-configured, and secure by default. **Primary Skills:** SSO/IAM (SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM), Okta/Entra ID/Ping, RBAC, PKI, TLS/SSL certificate lifecycle management, platform configuration, incident management, troubleshooting, and platform support. **Secondary Skills:** Apigee/API Management, Akamai (CDN, WAF, Edge Security), REST APIs, webhooks, SIEM/ITSM integrations, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and automation. **Good to Have:** Python, PowerShell, Bash, Terraform, monitoring/observability tools, cloud/security certifications, and experience supporting SaaS or enterprise security platforms.
