Playwright Automation Engineer (TypeScript) with AI-Assisted Testing

Job description

Required Skills Playwright Automation • Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and TypeScript. • Experience automating web applications across Chromium, Firefox, and WebKit browsers. • Knowledge of Page Object Model (POM), fixtures, hooks, and advanced Playwright features. • Experience creating scalable and maintainable automation frameworks. API Testing • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices testing. • Experience validating API requests, responses, authentication mechanisms, and service integrations. • Hands-on experience with Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, or Playwright API testing capabilities. AI in QE / AI-Assisted Testing • Practical exposure to AI-enabled testing approaches. • Experience utilizing GenAI tools for: • Test case generation • Test data creation • Automation script development • Test optimization and analysis • Defect investigation and root cause analysis • Understanding of AI-driven quality engineering trends and best practices. Communication & Stakeholder Management • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to interact confidently with clients, business users, and leadership teams. • Experience presenting testing strategy, test status, and quality metrics to stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
