**Playwright automation Tester Selenium With Java** **Professional Summary** Experienced QA Automation Tester with expertise in Selenium, Playwright, Java, API Testing, and test automation framework development. Strong experience in STLC, Agile testing, CI/CD integration, defect management, and test data management. Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, support application transition and stabilization activities, and contribute to automation, DevOps, and quality transformation initiatives. **Mandatory Skills:-** - Must have IT experience in Application Design, Development, Testing and Maintenance projects. - Knowledge and hands-on experience in Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). - Good hands-on experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Postman, SoapUI, Perfecto, GenRocket, etc. - Demonstrated experience in in-sprint and integration testing within Agile or distributed environments. - Understanding of test script versioning, CI/CD integration, and defect management. - Ability to effectively coordinate with Customer SMEs from Business & IT, Onsite and Offshore teams. - Actively involve in Application transition and stabilization phases by aligning to Japan (JST) working hours. **Preferred Skills:-** - Exposure to Agile methodology, DevOps, Security Vulnerability Management and P&C Insurance domain knowledge. - Experience in scan, build and deployment tools such as Proofpoint, Git, Maven, Jenkins, Jira, ServiceNow, etc. - Basic knowledge of database verification (MySQL, PostgreSQL) or performance testing (JMeter). **Responsibilities / Expectations:-** - Ready to work in JST morning hours as required to support Application transition and stabilization phases of Application Testing projects running under STLC model. - Design, develop, and execute automated tests to verify software quality. - Convert manual test cases into automated scripts, maintain and enhance automation frameworks, and integrate them with CI/CD pipelines. - Analyze test results, report defects, and collaborate with development teams to ensure software quality standards are met. - Create testing artifacts, configure test environments, write automation scripts, and prepare test summary reports. - Contribute to transformation initiatives including process maturity, testing efficiency, DevOps automation, and security vulnerability remediation. - Mentor and guide junior team members while assigning and tracking testing tasks to ensure timely delivery without quality, schedule, or cost slippages. - Manage and maintain test data using tools such as GenRocket for synthetic data generation. - Ensure test automation supports CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub) and aligns with DevOps practices. - Collaborate with QA Leads, Developers, Business Analysts, and Customer SMEs to translate requirements into effective automation solutions. **Primary Skills:** Playwright, Selenium, Java, Postman, SoapUI, Perfecto, GenRocket, Jenkins, Git, Maven, Jira, ServiceNow.
