**PLC Programmer Projects & Automation** **Location:** Chennai **Key Responsibilities** - Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs for new and existing automation systems. - Commission, test, and support automation projects across MRF plants. - Diagnose and resolve PLC, HMI, communication, and control system issues. - Support machine upgrades, retrofits, and process improvements. - Coordinate with Electrical, Instrumentation, Maintenance, and Production teams. - Maintain PLC backups and project documentation. **Required Skills** - Hands-on experience with **Allen-Bradley PLCs** (ControlLogix, CompactLogix, Studio 5000/RSLogix). - PLC programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting. - HMI/SCADA integration and industrial communication protocols (EtherNet/IP, DeviceNet, Modbus, etc.). - Experience of VFDs, servo systems, sensors, and industrial automation. **Qualification** - B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics **Experience** - **510 years** in PLC programming and industrial automation. **Travel Requirement** - Willingness to travel extensively across MRF manufacturing plants in India for project execution, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
