Job Description - -------------- **Roles \& Responsibilities :** Develop and maintain backend applications using **Python.** * Customize and configure solutions within Contact PLM. * Build RESTful APIs and support system integrations. * Integrate PLM with ERP, CAD, and other enterprise systems. * Write automation scripts and data processing tools. * Support data migration and system enhancement activities. * Participate in requirement analysis and technical design discussions. * Troubleshoot application and integration issues. * Follow coding standards, security practices, and development best practices. * Work closely with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, QA). Qualifications - ------------- **++Educational qualification:++**Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science, IT, or related field **++Experience :5-7 years++** **++Mandatory/requires Skills:++** **Technical Skills** * 5--7 years of experience in Python development. * Strong knowledge of: * Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI preferred) * REST API development * SQL databases (MSSQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) * Basic understanding of NoSQL databases. * Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) * Experience working with PLM systems (Contact PLM preferred). * Experience in enterprise system integrations. * Knowledge of Git and version control. * Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines. * Familiarity with microservices architecture. * Good debugging and troubleshooting skills. **Preferred Skills** * Exposure to manufacturing or product engineering domains * Basic cloud knowledge (AWS/Azure) * Familiarity with Docker * Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams **Soft Skills** * Strong problem-solving abilities * Good communication skills * Ability to work independently and within a team * Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies Additional Information - --------------------- We are looking for a skilled **Python Developer** with 5--7 years of experience to develop, customize, and support solutions within a **Contact PLM (Product Lifecycle Management)** environment. The ideal candidate will have strong backend development skills, experience in API development, and exposure to enterprise system integrations.
