Consultant / Senior Consultant PMO & Executive Content Location: Andheri East Mumbai Experience: 5+ years Minimum Industry: Investment Management Work Mode: Work from office – 4 days per week Employment Type: Contract 6 month extendable Job Description We are looking for an experienced Consultant / Senior Consultant to provide PMO, analytical, and executive-content support for high-priority initiatives within the Investment Management industry. The role involves working closely with senior stakeholders and global teams to develop leadership materials, analyse complex information, and coordinate deliverables across multiple functions and regions. Key Responsibilities Develop high-quality, executive-ready PowerPoint presentations, briefing materials, and management updates. Translate complex business discussions, data, and stakeholder inputs into clear and compelling executive storylines. Analyse and synthesise large datasets to identify insights, trends, and key messages. Coordinate inputs, timelines, and deliverables across multiple functions, regions, and senior stakeholders. Manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities while ensuring timely delivery. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and high visual quality across all deliverables. Support senior stakeholders in fast-paced and ambiguous business environments. Required Skills & Experience Experience as a Senior Consultant or equivalent, preferably with a leading consulting firm. Strong understanding of the Investment Management or broader Financial Services industry. Demonstrated experience supporting investment management clients on large and complex engagements. Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills. Strong capability in financial/operational analysis, large-data-set management, and executive presentation development. Strong PMO and project management capabilities. Excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills. Experience collaborating across geographies, cultures, and time zones. Highly organised, analytical, and detail-oriented. Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement. Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and working in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
