We are looking for motivated individuals to join as Life Mitra – Insurance Advisors. This is an opportunity to build a career in the life insurance sector with training, guidance, and performance-based incentives. Key Responsibilities Meet and interact with prospective customers. Understand customers’ insurance and financial protection needs. Explain suitable SBI Life insurance solutions. Assist customers with the application process. Develop and maintain customer relationships. Generate business through personal contacts, referrals, and networking. Provide follow-up and customer support. Performance & Earnings No fixed sales target Earnings are performance/incentive based Incentives are linked to eligible business generated and applicable company schemes. Higher performance can provide higher earning opportunities. Training and guidance will be provided.
