Job description

**Roles and Responsibilities** - Manage a portfolio of Home Loan, Business Loan, Mortgage Loans, and LAP (Loan Against Property) cases from origination to disbursement. - Conduct thorough credit appraisal and underwriting for loan applications to ensure timely decision-making. - Develop strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and resolving queries promptly. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of loans from application to disbursement. - Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them. **Desired Candidate Profile** - 7-8 years of experience in Credit Underwriting, Credit Appraisal, Credit Processing, Lap Loans, Mortgage Loans, Home Loans, Business Loan or Area Credit Manager role. - Strong understanding of financial statements analysis and ability to interpret complex data. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
