**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Develop long-term visions and strategies for product portfolios to enhance market presence, reach, share, and penetration. - Create annual marketing plans and expense budgets for product portfolios. - Evaluate customer behavior towards products, identify gaps, and opportunities to optimize the portfolio through market research with key stakeholders. - Collaborate with the Sales team and other stakeholders to develop Sales and product forecasts. - Monitor industry, market, and competitive trends for concerned products/product categories, gathering market intelligence and analyzing product positioning. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute product strategies. **Job Requirements :** - Experience in Portfolio Analysis, Marketing, Sales, and Portfolio Management. - Strong background in driving product revenue and profitability. - Ability to mentor staff on product marketing, branding, and promotional activities. - Excellent leadership skills to lead professional development and attend internal/external trainings. - A B.Sc. (Agri) / M.Sc. (Agri) and MBA with specialization in Marketing (or) Advertising and Business management is required.
