**Greetings from TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES!** **TCS is hiring for Postgress DB Developer** **Location: - Bangalore** **Experience Range: - 7 year** **Job Requirements\***  7 years of hands-on experience in **PostgreSQL** Database Development.  Strong expertise in **PostgreSQL, SQL, and PL/PGSQL** programming.  Experience in creating and maintaining Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, Views, and Materialized Views.  Expertise in query optimization, performance tuning, and execution plan analysis using EXPLAIN ANALYZE.  Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL architecture, MVCC, WAL, Vacuum, and Auto vacuum.  Experience with indexing strategies, partitioning, normalization, and database design.  Knowledge of Backup \& Recovery, Replication, High Availability, and Disaster Recovery.  Experience working with JSON/JSONB data types and advanced PostgreSQL features.  Familiarity with Git, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and CI/CD practices.  Exposure to cloud-hosted PostgreSQL databases is preferred. **Thanks** **Anshika**
