Country/Region: IN Requisition ID: 37310 Work Model: Position Type: Salary Range: Location: INDIA - PUNE - BIRLASOFT OFFICE - HINJAWADI # **Title:** **Power App Sr Technical Lead** Description: ## **Area(s) of responsibility** **Power Apps Lead Developer:** **Experience:** 10-14 Years **Job Description** - 10+ years of relevant IT application experience in Microsoft Power Platform, majorly Power Apps and Power Automate, SharePoint Online and Office 365. - Provide technical and analytical guidance, developing and defining business and technical requirements and solution designs as part of defined projects - Work with individuals, teams, business owners, IT and leadership to ensure web application design, development and processes satisfy business goals. - Lead technical design and development, evaluating and troubleshooting functional design and system architecture, component and framework programming - Develop and present conceptual and functional innovation prototypes for assessment and evaluation - Implement best practices, policies, governance and guidelines - Design and build scalable, secure, and high-performing business applications, external portals, and workflow automation solutions. - Analyze business requirements, assess technical alternatives, and develop application components, data models, workflows, and integrations. - Implement business process automation, approval workflows, case management, and self-service portal solutions using Power Platform. - Should have worked on multiple enterprise-scale or medium-scale Power Platform projects involving application development, workflow automation, and portal implementation. - Good at requirement gathering, preparing technical design documents, scope of work, and supporting development and deployment activities. - Guide the Development team on best Practices & ensure adherence **Must have skills****:** - Skilled with Power Platform development - PowerApps (Canvas App), Power Automate, SharePoint Online. - Excellent understanding of Power Apps and Power Automate connectors and integration with SharePoint Online, and other Office 365 services. - Hands on experience in application development using with PowerApps, Power Automate, - Hands-on experience in SQL for data modeling, table design, relationships, business rules, calculated columns, and security role configuration. - Excellent understanding of Power Apps and Power Automate connectors and integration with Dataverse, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, SQL. - Expertise in SharePoint Online out of the box features implementation. - Strong understanding of REST APIs, custom connectors, authentication/authorization, and secure solution design. - Experience customizing SharePoint lists and disparate systems with PowerApps. - Ability to create business processes and custom connectors with Power Automate Flow. **Good to have knowledge on****:** - Experience or knowledge on K2 applications and flows - Good to have hands-on experience in Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) Controls. - A clear understanding of PowerApps formulas and development methods. - Proficient creating PowerShell scripts PNP Scripting for automation of SharePoint tasks. - Good understanding of ITIL processes specifically Incident Management, Problem Management, Service request and Change Management. - Microsoft Certified in Power Platform.
