Good to have: HTML & CSS** **Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)** **Must-Have\\*\\*** Candidate should have knowledge on Below activities. 1. Extensive experience in the Microsoft Power automate Cloud and Basic understanding of Power Automate Desktop. 2. Automate business processes and workflows using Microsoft Power Automate. 3. Ability to create custom connectors for Microsoft Flow. 4. Designing, creating, and maintaining flows, actions, and triggers. 5. Creating and maintaining documentation to support the development of automated solutions. 6. Design and develop automated processes, workflows, and Graph APIs using Microsoft Power Automate. 7. Good to have AI builder knowledge in Power Automate Cloud. 8. Integrate existing systems with Power Automate to automate processes and workflows. 9. Troubleshooting and resolving workflow issues. 10. Identifying opportunities to improve processes and automate manual tasks. 11. Should have experience with Office 365 development utilizing Flow, MS Teams and SharePoint Online. Good to have knowledge on SharePoint 2016 and MS Teams Shifts App. 12. Experience customizing SharePoint lists. 13. Strong foundational knowledge of Office 365 platform including Exchange, Azure AD, and Azure ecosystem. 14. Develop and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Apps. 15. Create data visualization and reporting solutions using Power BI. 16. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions. Communicate proposed designs and progress on the work to customers, team leads, and team members. 17. Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies. 18. Microsoft Power Platform (PL-900) Certification would be an advantage. 19. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
