Power BI / Microsoft Fabric Architect **Experience:** 10+ Years **Domain:** Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences **Location:** Bangalore / Hybrid Role Overview We are looking for a **Power BI / Microsoft Fabric Architect** with strong hands-on architecture and **team leadership** experience in the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences domain. Mandatory Skills - Strong **Power BI architecture**, DAX, data modeling, RLS and performance optimization - Hands-on **Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, Lakehouse and Data Lake** architecture - Experience with **Apache Iceberg / Iceberg tables** - Strong **Azure** data and cloud architecture experience - Experience with **Power Apps** and Power Platform integration - Experience with **Azure AI Foundry / Foundry Agents**, AI/agentic and conversational BI solutions - Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture, governance and security - Experience leading/mentoring **Power BI and data engineering teams** - Strong stakeholder management and technical decision-making skills Domain - **Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences experience is mandatory/preferred** - Exposure to Commercial, Sales, Medical, Clinical or other Pharma analytics is an advantage. Preferred Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, SQL, Python, Azure DevOps, CI/CD and BI modernization/migration experience. **Key Focus:** Power BI + Fabric + OneLake + Iceberg + Azure + Power Apps + AI Foundry + Enterprise BI Architecture + Technical Leadership.
