**Power BI Developer** **Experience: 3-7 years** **Job Responsibility:** - Responsible for understanding the requirements and perform data analysis. - Design, develop and deploy interactive Power BI reports and dashboards. - Create and maintain complex data models within Power BI, integrating data from various sources including SQL Server, Oracle, Excel, Web and cloud-based databases. - Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze data, ensuring data processing and accurate reporting. - Monitor, troubleshoot and optimize Power BI reports, data refresh schedules and performance, ensuring consistent and reliable access to insights. - Implement security measures, including role-based access control to protect data integrity and ensure reports are accessible to only authorized users. - Work closely with customers, business analysts and technology & project team to understand business requirements, drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions that are aligned with business and technology strategies and comply with the organization's architectural standards. - Understand and follow-up through change management procedures to implement project deliverables. - Coordinating with support groups to get the issues resolved in a quick turnaround time. **Job Qualification:-** **Mandatory** - Bachelors degree in computer science or similar field or equivalent work experience. - 3+ years of experience working in Power BI development. - Expertise in Power BI Desktop & Power BI Service with a strong understanding of data visualization best practices. - Advance skills in DAX for complex calculation and M language for data transformations. - Strong SQL skills to efficiently extract and process data from multiple sources. - Familiarity with data warehousing concepts & ETL processes, ensuring data consistency across models. - Experience in implementing security measures within Power BI to ensure proper data governance. - Develop and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Apps. - Implement business logic using custom formulas using power apps. - Enable dynamic form submission and conditional logic using power apps. - Automate Business process and workflows using Microsoft Power Automate. - Develop complex workflows using triggers and conditions. - Optimize approvals, notifications and data processing using Power Automate. - Good knowledge of relational database concepts. - +LExcellent problem-solving, multi-tasking and analytical skills. - Flex and adapt to different tools and technologies. - Strong learning attitude. - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Demonstrated experience of working in a team spread across multiple locations. **Preferable:-** - Knowledge of Python ( not mandatory ) - Certification: Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or Power Platform Certification is a plus
