Power Bi Developer

Job description

- Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to support the Finance departments, within the healthcare payor space. - Build robust data models within Power BI, ensuring optimal performance and usability. - Write and optimize complex DAX expressions for KPIs, measures and calculated columns. - Integrate and transform data from diverse source systems (cloud platforms, databases, APIs, flat files, etc.). - Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable insights for financial planning, reporting, and strategy solutions. - Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance in all reporting assets. - Participate in solution architecture discussions and contribute to best practices in BI development. - Document technical solutions and provide end-user training when needed. - Mentor and guide team fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning and identify inefficiencies in existing processes and recommend data-driven solutions to improve efficiency. - Future Ready: You would be responsible for staying updated with the latest technology trends and ensuring the team is ready for future AI tech evolution.
