**Job Description Power BI Developer (Band4)** **Role Overview** The Power BI Developer (Band4) is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing advanced analytics and visualization solutions using **Power BI and Microsoft Fabric**. The role focuses on enabling business insights through scalable semantic models, interactive dashboards, and integrated data platforms. **Required Qualifications** **Experience** - 610 years of experience in BI/reporting and analytics roles - Strong hands-on experience with **Power BI and enterprise BI solutions** - Exposure to **Microsoft Fabric / Azure data ecosystem** **Core Technical Skills** - **Power BI**: DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling, Visualization design - **Microsoft Fabric**: Lakehouse, Warehouse, OneLake (good understanding) - **Data Handling**: SQL, ETL/ELT concepts - **Performance Tuning**: Aggregations, indexing strategies, query optimization - **Visualization Best Practices**: UX/UI, storytelling, KPI design - **Data Integration**: APIs, data pipelines (ADF/Fabric) **Preferred Skills** - Experience with **Azure (ADF, Synapse, Databricks)** - Knowledge of **Python/R for analytics (optional)**
