Job Description: Power BI Developer | Immediate Joiners **Position:** Power BI Developer **Experience:** 2-7 Years **Location:** Pune / Bangalore **Joining:** Immediate Joiners Preferred Job Summary We are looking for a skilled **Power BI Developer** with experience in designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Power BI, data modeling, DAX, SQL, and dashboard development to deliver impactful data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports. - Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions. - Create and optimize data models, datasets, and semantic models. - Develop complex calculations, KPIs, and measures using DAX. - Extract, transform, and load data from multiple data sources. - Perform data validation, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to drive reporting initiatives. - Monitor report performance and implement optimization techniques. Required Skills - Strong hands-on experience with **Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service**. - Expertise in **DAX, Power Query (M Query), and Data Modeling**. - Good experience with **SQL** and relational databases. - Experience in developing dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports. - Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts. - Understanding of Row-Level Security (RLS) and report governance. - Experience working in Agile environments.
