**Job Title** **Power Platform & Copilot Developer & AI Literacy & Adoption Analyst – EMEA & APAC** **Job Summary** We are looking for a **Power Platform & Copilot professional** who can combine strong hands-on technical expertise with **AI literacy, adoption, training, and change management** capabilities. This is a **dual-role position** responsible for developing AI-powered business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot, while also driving enterprise AI awareness, workforce enablement, and Copilot adoption across EMEA and APAC. The role will work closely with the Global AI Literacy Lead, Learning & Development, regional leadership, AI Champions, Microsoft, Enterprise User Services, and technology teams to identify business opportunities, build practical AI use cases, enable employees, and accelerate responsible AI adoption. **Key Responsibilities** **1. Power Platform & Copilot Development** - Design and develop **Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps** using Power Apps. - Build automated business processes using **Power Automate** . - Develop and configure **Microsoft Copilot Studio** copilots, agents, topics, actions, and workflows. - Build **AI-powered business solutions** using Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, and Azure AI capabilities. - Integrate Power Platform with **Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure, Dataverse, REST APIs, and third-party applications** . - Develop custom connectors and API-based integrations. - Implement Power Platform **ALM, governance, security, and deployment** practices. - Identify opportunities to automate business processes and demonstrate measurable business value. **2. AI Literacy & Copilot Adoption** - Drive **AI literacy and Microsoft Copilot adoption** programs across EMEA and APAC. - Design and deliver AI training sessions, workshops, demos, and **"Day in the Life"** experiences. - Conduct regular **AI/Copilot office hours** and support employees in applying AI to real-world business scenarios. - Develop recorded training content, self-service learning materials, demos, and practical use cases. - Simplify complex AI concepts and make them accessible to **non-technical audiences** . - Localize AI enablement content based on regional and business requirements. **3. Community Building & Change Management** - Support and grow the **AI Community of Practice** across regions and functions. - Develop and enable **AI Champion networks** . - Identify and showcase successful AI/Copilot use cases and success stories. - Partner with business leaders to identify adoption barriers and develop appropriate enablement strategies. - Drive change management initiatives that encourage responsible and effective AI usage. **4. Stakeholder Engagement & Communications** - Act as a key regional contact for **AI upskilling, Copilot adoption, and Power Platform enablement** . - Collaborate with senior stakeholders, technology teams, Learning & Development, Microsoft, and regional leadership. - Support newsletters, communications campaigns, awareness initiatives, and AI adoption events. - Maintain awareness of new Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and AI capabilities and translate them into relevant business applications. **5. Insights, Adoption & Continuous Improvement** - Monitor **AI/Copilot adoption, engagement, and training metrics** . - Identify regional capability gaps, adoption challenges, and opportunities. - Translate adoption data and user feedback into actionable recommendations. - Continuously improve AI literacy programs, technical solutions, training content, and adoption strategies. **Required Technical Skills** - Strong hands-on experience with **Microsoft Power Platform** . - Power Apps – **Canvas and Model-Driven Apps** . - Power Automate – Cloud Flows and workflow automation. - **Microsoft Copilot Studio** and AI agents. - Microsoft 365 Copilot and enterprise AI concepts. - **Dataverse** , connectors, APIs, and system integrations. - Power Fx, JSON, REST APIs; knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript is desirable. - Experience integrating Power Platform with **SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure, and Microsoft 365** . - Understanding of Power Platform **ALM, security, governance, and deployment** . - Knowledge of **Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, and responsible AI** . **AI & Enablement Skills** - Experience designing and delivering **AI/Copilot training, workshops, demos, or enablement programs** . - Ability to translate technical AI concepts into simple, practical business use cases. - Experience driving technology adoption, digital transformation, change management, or workforce enablement. - Strong understanding of **Responsible AI principles** and enterprise AI adoption. - Experience working with **AI Champions, Communities of Practice, or technology evangelism programs** . **Required Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field. - **4–8+ years** of experience across Power Platform, digital transformation, AI adoption, technology enablement, or related areas. - Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across **multiple geographies, cultures, and seniority levels** . - Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills. - Proven ability to independently drive initiatives from **concept and design through implementation and adoption** . - Strong passion for AI, automation, emerging technologies, and responsible AI adoption. **Good to Have** - Experience with **Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, or Power Pages** . - Microsoft **Power Platform / Copilot certifications** . - Experience working with enterprise-scale AI transformation programs. - Experience in a multinational organization supporting **EMEA/APAC stakeholders** . - Knowledge of change management frameworks and learning methodologies. - E
