**Key Skills Required** - Strong hands-on experience in Power Apps development (Canvas & Model-Driven) - Experience developing and maintaining Power Automate workflows - Expertise in Dataverse data modeling, relationships, and security roles - Experience integrating Power Platform with SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and external systems - Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and Custom Connector development - Hands-on experience with Power Platform solution deployment and environment management - Experience in JavaScript, Python customization and client-side scripting - Understanding of Power Platform governance, security, and compliance practices **Mandatory Skills Required** - Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps) - Power Automate (Cloud Flows) - Microsoft Dataverse - Power Pages - Power Platform ALM and Solution Management - REST APIs and Custom Connectors - JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS - Power Platform Security and Governance - Azure and Microsoft 365 Integration **Required Work Experience** - 1012 years of overall IT experience - Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform development - Experience delivering enterprise application development projects - Experience in production support, enhancements, and bug fixes - Exposure to business process automation and digital transformation initiatives
