We strive to provide rapid, performance-based, industry-focused and technology-enabled services, which reflect a shared knowledge of global and local industries and our experience of the Indian business environment.* **Job Description:** * Design and develop scalable, secure Power Platform solutions tailored to business needs. * Build model-driven and canvas Power Apps integrated with Microsoft Dataverse and other data sources. * Create automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes. * Design and develop Copilot agents using Microsoft Power Platform, Azure OpenAI, and related technologies. * Implement prompt engineering, orchestration logic, and backend integrations to support intelligent workflows. * Integrate Copilot agents with enterprise systems such as Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, SAP, Salesforce, and internal APIs. * Ensure seamless data flow, security, and compliance across integrated platforms. * Work closely with Business Solution Architects, UX designers, and project teams to translate requirements into functional solutions. * Participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables. * Conduct unit testing, performance tuning, and error handling for Copilot agents. * Monitor agent performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement. * Create technical documentation, user guides, and support materials. * Provide post-deployment support and enhancements based on user needs and business feedback. **Required:** * Qualified graduates and postgraduates with 4-6 years of relevant experience in Power Platform development * Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages). * Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Power Fx, JavaScript, Python) and version control systems (e.g., Git). * Any Microsoft certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600, is mandatory to have. **Equal employment opportunity information** KPMG India has a policy of providing equal opportunity for all applicants and employees regardless of their color, caste, religion, age, sex/gender, national origin, citizenship, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability, or other legally protected status.
