POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a PowerBI Developer to join our ISPL, Cardif CS2R (CyberSecurity Risks & Resilience) team, which collects, centralizes, shares, and manages key indicators for the whole CARDIF perimeter and the Group. The goal of the team is to provide clear, consolidated, and decision-oriented reporting to support strategic decision-making for Cardif management and the Group. The position will be part of a cross-border team and international environment, working closely with the PowerBI Factory expert and reporting to the PowerBI Factory SPOC and CS2R Cockpit Lead. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Maintaining existing PowerBI tools and Python scripts - Implementing evolutions and producing manual reports - Extracting required information from various data sources, including Excel files, datahub, ServiceNow, and PowerBI dashboards - Reading KPI definitions and technical specs to build cybersecurity KPIs - Communicating with multiple teams, including development teams and other stakeholders - Updating existing dashboards, such as IT Security Dashboard, IAM control and recertifications dashboard, and Vulnerability Management reporting - Creating new tools for reporting activities and data sharing, including IT continuity dashboard, IT risk management dashboard, and CSIRT activities dashboard - Documenting data transformations and having a strong understanding of the transformation applied to the data REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE (MUST‑HAVE) - A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position - Expertise in PowerBI, PowerApps, and Python - A good level of English (oral and writing) - Basic knowledge of cybersecurity topics - Knowledge of advanced formulas and pivot tables in Excel - A Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position - Strong analytical and communication skills - Ability to work in a team and be client-oriented PREFERRED EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE (NICE‑TO‑HAVE) - French language skills - Experience working in a global team - Familiarity with BNP Paribas' systems and processes - Knowledge of IT security, IAM control, and vulnerability management - Commitment to diversity and inclusion and adherence to BNP Paribas' values and principles About BNP Paribas India Solutions BNP Paribas India Solutions, a wholly‑owned subsidiary of BNP Paribas SA, operates 24 × 7 delivery centers in Bengaluru, Chennai and Mumbai.
