Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Design and develop **PowerShell scripts** for: - Auto-healing desktop issues (Windows OS, Outlook, Teams, application failures) - Network issue remediation (connectivity, DNS, VPN, latency issues) - Implement **self-healing / auto-remediation workflows** for proactive issue resolution - Work with **One Engine platform** to: - Orchestrate automation workflows across distributed environments - Enable RPA-driven desktop automation use cases - Develop reusable automation modules for **incident prevention and remediation** - Use **PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit (PSADT)** for application packaging, installation, and deployment - Integrate scripts with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) for automated ticket resolution - Ensure automation solutions are **scalable, secure, and production-ready** - Perform testing, debugging, and optimization of scripts - Document automation workflows, scripts, and configurations - Continuously enhance automation coverage and improve system efficiency
