**Role & responsibilities** - Only candidates with prior PPC experience in LED Lighting Manufacturing Industry are eligible to apply. - Develop production plans and schedules to meet customer requirements. - Analyze production and assembly data to identify potential problems and develop solutions. - Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet customer requirements. - Track and report on production/assembly performance. - Work with production and assembly personnel to identify areas of improvement and implement changes. - Coordinate with supply chain personnel to ensure that parts and materials are available for production and assembly operations. - Maintain accurate records of production/assembly data. - Develop and implement production improvement initiatives. - Analyze and report on trends in production/assembly operations.
