**Job Title: PPM (Project Portfolio Management) Consultant / Solution Architect** **Experience: 10+ Years** **Location: PAN India (Hybrid/Onsite as per business requirement)** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced PPM (Project Portfolio Management) Consultant with 12+ years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting enterprise PPM solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in project planning, portfolio governance, resource management, financial management, and stakeholder engagement while delivering large-scale digital transformation initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions. Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solution designs. Configure and customize PPM modules such as Project Management, Portfolio Management, Resource Management, Demand Management, Time Management, and Financial Management. Define project governance frameworks, workflows, KPIs, and reporting dashboards. Integrate PPM solutions with ERP, HRMS, Finance, and other enterprise applications. Conduct solution workshops, fit-gap analysis, UAT, and production deployment. Provide leadership in project planning, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication. Mentor junior consultants and support pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, and proposal development. Ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and organizational governance. **Required Skills** **10+ years of experience in Project Portfolio Management (PPM)** . Strong hands-on experience with enterprise PPM platforms (such as Microsoft Project Online, Planview, Clarity PPM, Oracle Primavera PPM, ServiceNow PPM, or similar). Expertise in Project Lifecycle Management, Portfolio Planning, Resource Management, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Capacity Planning. Experience in workflow configuration, reporting, dashboards, and analytics. Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies. Experience with integrations using REST APIs, web services, or middleware. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
