**Academic Trainer - Pre Primary** **Company: Next Education Pvt. Ltd.** **Travel Requirement: 70%–80%** **Job Type: Full-time, Permanent** **Job Description** Conduct training sessions for pre-primary teachers on early childhood education best practices. Design and deliver interactive training modules focused on foundational literacy, numeracy, and holistic development. Develop age-appropriate lesson plans and resource materials aligned with the curriculum. Provide academic mentoring and classroom management strategies to pre-primary educators. Evaluate teaching methodologies and suggest improvements for better learner engagement. Observe classroom sessions and offer constructive feedback to enhance teaching effectiveness. Stay updated with the latest trends in early childhood education and pedagogy. Work collaboratively with academic teams to ensure consistency and quality in content delivery. Maintain detailed records of training sessions, feedback, and teacher development progress. **Qualifications / Preferred Candidate Skills** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Minimum 1 year of teaching or training experience in pre-primary or early childhood education. Strong understanding of child psychology and developmentally appropriate practices. Creative approach to teaching and training, with excellent communication skills. Empathy, patience, and the ability to engage young learners and educators alike. Willingness to travel for training sessions across various schools. Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Proven experience in teacher training, academic operations, curriculum implementation, or school program management. High level of comfort with technology, ERP systems, and digital classroom tools. Ability to manage multiple schools, stakeholders, and priorities effectively. Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven and solution-oriented approach. Educational Qualifications Graduate/Postgraduate in Education, Science, or a related field (preferred). Relevant certifications in education, training, or academic leadership will be an added advantage. Additional Requirements Mandatory travel (60%–80%) for regular school visits across the assigned area. Must own a laptop and an Android mobile phone for official work.
