**Academic Trainer - Pre Primary** ​ **Company:** Next Education Pvt. Ltd.​ **Travel Requirement:** 70%–80%​ **Job Type:** Full-time, Permanent​ ​ **Job Description** ​ ​ Conduct training sessions for pre-primary teachers on early childhood education best practices.​ ​ Design and deliver interactive training modules focused on foundational literacy, numeracy, and holistic development.​ ​ Develop age-appropriate lesson plans and resource materials aligned with the curriculum.​ ​ Provide academic mentoring and classroom management strategies to pre-primary educators.​ ​ Evaluate teaching methodologies and suggest improvements for better learner engagement.​ ​ Observe classroom sessions and offer constructive feedback to enhance teaching effectiveness.​ ​ Stay updated with the latest trends in early childhood education and pedagogy.​ ​ Work collaboratively with academic teams to ensure consistency and quality in content delivery.​ ​ Maintain detailed records of training sessions, feedback, and teacher development progress.​ ​ **Qualifications / Preferred Candidate Skills** ​ ​ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.​ ​ Minimum 1 year of teaching or training experience in pre-primary or early childhood education.​ ​ Strong understanding of child psychology and developmentally appropriate practices.​ ​ Creative approach to teaching and training, with excellent communication skills.​ ​ Empathy, patience, and the ability to engage young learners and educators alike.​ ​ Willingness to travel for training sessions across various schools.​ ​
