As one of the fastest-growing YC-backed startups, we're building a high-performing sales team to connect learners with impactful upskilling opportunities. **Role Overview** As a Demo Engineer, you'll play a key role in showcasing Skill-Lync's learning programs through engaging live technical demos. You'll help prospective learners understand the value of our programs by explaining technical concepts, demonstrating real-world applications, and addressing their queries. Location: Chennai – Work from Office Experience: 0–1 Years (Freshers with strong technical fundamentals are welcome to apply) Employment: Type: Full-time Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 6-day work week Joining: Immediate **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct engaging live technical demos (online/offline) to showcase Skill-Lync's engineering programs, projects, and curriculum. - Explain core engineering concepts in a simple and structured manner while addressing learner queries related to Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Electronics, or other relevant engineering domains. - Demonstrate real-world industry applications, simulations, case studies, and project-based learning to help learners understand the practical value of the programs. - Work closely with Sales, Counsellors, and Academic teams to enhance the demo experience and improve learner conversions.
