🔹 **Job Title:** Presales Solution Architect – Data Engineering 🔹 **Job Summary:** We are looking for a highly skilled **Presales Solution Architect** with a strong **Data Engineering background** to support business development and client engagement efforts. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical expertise and business needs by designing scalable, data-driven solutions aligned with client requirements. 🔹 **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and develop tailored data solutions - Design end-to-end **data engineering architectures** (data pipelines, ETL/ELT, data lakes, warehouses) - Provide technical leadership in **presales activities** , including RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and solution presentations - Create solution blueprints leveraging platforms like **GCP, AWS, or Azure** - Conduct client workshops, demos, and PoCs (Proof of Concepts) - Translate business requirements into scalable and cost-effective technical solutions - Work closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth project handover - Stay updated with latest trends in **data engineering, analytics, and cloud technologies** 🔹 **Required Skills & Experience:** - Strong experience in **Data Engineering / Big Data technologies** Python, SQL, PySpark - ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, DataStage, etc.) - Hands-on with **Cloud Platforms** (GCP / AWS / Azure) - Experience in: - Data Lake / Data Warehouse design (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Synapse) - Batch and real-time processing - Knowledge of **data architecture principles and best practices** - Strong understanding of **data modeling, governance, and security** 🔹 **Presales / Consulting Skills:** - Experience in **solutioning, estimation, and proposal creation** - Strong client-facing and presentation skills - Ability to communicate complex technical solutions in a simple business language - Experience handling **RFPs, RFIs, and client discussions** 🔹 **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience in **AI/ML or Analytics solutions** is a plus - Certifications in **Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)** - Prior experience in **consulting or presales roles** 🔹 **Soft Skills:** - Excellent communication and stakeholder management - Strong problem-solving mindset - Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple opportunities - Proactive and solution-oriented approach
