**Job Description** **Key Responsibilities** - Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, configure, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure (compute, storage, network, AI, Security) on AWS platforms. - Monitoring Alerting: Implement and manage monitoring tools Splunk, CloudWatch and ServiceNow to track performance, identify issues, and respond to alerts. - Automation: Use Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation and OpenTofu) and scripting (Python, Bash) to automate deployments, provisioning, and routine tasks. - Incident Response: Troubleshoot and resolve system incidents, outages, and security issues, often participating in on-call rotations. Major Incidents. - Security Compliance: Enforce security best practices, manage access controls, and ensure adherence to governance policies. - Performance Optimization: Continuously tune cloud resources for optimal performance and cost-effectiveness. - Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to support application deployments and with IT teams on infrastructure needs. - Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation for operational procedures, architectures, and incident reports. **Required Skills Qualifications** - Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud - Operating Systems: Linux, Windows - Automation Tools: Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes. - Networking: Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancers. - Monitoring: Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk - Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. **Nice-to-Have Skills** - Understanding of CI/CD pipelines. - Familiarity with programming languages **Tools and practice** - Agile, ITIL - WIZ, ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence **General Role Profile** Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own job family and basic knowledge of related job families.
