**PMO - Principal Analyst (Operations) | Bengaluru** We are looking for a detail-oriented PMO professional with 3-5 years of experience in project governance, KPI reporting, operational excellence, and stakeholder management. **Key Responsibilities:** - Track and report team performance against KPIs and targets. - Conduct quality checks and audits of process documentation. - Prepare governance reports and dashboards for leadership reviews. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure timely follow-up on action items. - Support operational excellence, process improvement, and compliance initiatives. **Required Skills:** - PMO Governance & Reporting - KPI/SLA Tracking - Stakeholder Management - Process Audits & Quality Checks - Strong Communication Skills - Advanced Excel & PowerPoint **Experience:** 3-5 Years **Location:** Bengaluru - Mahadevpura **Shift Time:** 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM **Preferred:** Experience in Operations PMO, Governance, Audit, or Continuous Improvement programs. **Interested candidates can share their updated resume.**
