This is not incremental automation. It is a fundamental redesign of how work is structured, how roles are defined, and how the function operates when agents become co-workers. This role owns that redesign - building the blueprint for what G&A functions look like post-agentic transition and ensuring that blueprint stays intact from design through to deployment. **What You Will Own** **Process Redesign.** Map end-to-end G&A processes, identify which tasks are candidates for agentic delegation, and define redesigned flows that reflect human-agent collaboration. This is rearchitecting from first principles - not layering automation onto existing processes. **Role Redesign.** Define what human roles look like post-transition - which tasks are absorbed by agents, which require human judgment, and what new accountabilities emerge. The output is a coherent role architecture for a G&A function that runs differently, not just a list of tasks people will no longer perform. **Operating Model Design.** Own the target operating model for an agentic G&A function - governance structure, decision rights, human-in-the-loop design principles, and the accountability framework that governs how agents are supervised, overridden, and continuously improved. **Governance Conduit.** Serve as the structured interface between G&A function leaders, the AI CoE, and delivery teams. This is not coordination - it is design authority. Ensuring what gets built reflects what was designed, and that implementation decisions that deviate are escalated through the right governance channels before, not after, they cause drift. **What You Bring** - Deep domain expertise across at least two G&A functions. You need to be credible in the room with a CFO, CHRO, and CPO simultaneously. - Demonstrated experience in process redesign and operating model transformation, ideally in a GBS or shared services context. - Sufficient literacy in agentic AI to be a meaningful conduit with AI CoE - not a builder, but someone who understands what agents can and cannot do, and where design intent typically breaks down in translation to build. - Structured thinking expressed through frameworks and blueprints. This role produces the design artefacts others build on. - The disposition to hold a line. In a matrixed environment with separate tech and delivery ownership, design intent erodes under execution pressure. This leader is the one who notices and acts. **Qualifications** Bachelors - Computer Engineering, Bachelors - Computer Science, Bachelors - Information Technology, Masters - Software Engineering **Certifications** Google Cloud Certified Associate Cloud Engineer - GoogleGoogle, Pega Certified Senior System Architect - Pearson VUEPearson VUE **Required Skills** Agile Methodology, Change Management, Client Relations, Collaboration Tools, Commercial Excellence, Commercial Modeling, Design Thinking, Executive Presence, Inclusion, People Leadership, Personal Effectiveness, Risk Management, Robotic Process Automation, Storytelling **Language** English **Language Proficiency -** Proficient - C2 **Additional Job Location -** **Job Type** Regular **Master Skill List -** Automation **Remote Type -** Hybrid **Work Shift -** Any (India) **Why join Genpact?** - **Lead AI-powered transformation** – Drive innovation and solve real-world business challenges that matter - **Make an impact** – Help global enterprises solve business challenges that matter - **Accelerate your career** – Gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and world-class learning opportunities to stay ahead - **Work with the best** – Join 140,000+ bold thinkers and problem-solvers who push boundaries every day - **Thrive in a values-driven culture** – Our courage, curiosity, and incisiveness - built on a foundation of integrity and inclusion - allow your ideas to fuel progress Come join the 140,000+ coders, tech shapers, and growth makers at Genpact and take your career in the only direction that matters: Up.
