**Open Positions: Principal Consultant Consultant** **Eligibility Criteria:** • Six Sigma Black Belt / Master Black belt certified from reputed institutions like ISI, ASQ, Benchmark, KPMG etc., along with project experience. • Exposure to Lean is an added advantage • Proven experience in identification, and implementation of projects is mandatory • Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills • Proficiency in tools like MS excel, Power BI, Python or other data analytical applications • Overall, 10-15 years of experience in a BPO/KPO/Health care services as a black belt /master black belt / Consultant **• Competency Requirement (Technical & Behavioral):** Demonstrate leadership skills: Can lead, motivate and engage any Team Strong stakeholder management both internal and external Ability to handle Managers, till Senior Leadership, both onsite and remote leadership Organizational & Time management: Multitasking & prioritizing the deliverables to efficiently meet the deadlines and high-level goals. Good communication & Interpersonal skills: Be able to build good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Be able to handle disputes professionally. Capacity to handle change, stay open to different ideas, support positive changes. Very high in Integrity and should be attentive to detail. Should be a self- motivated and agile Should be able to influence and inspire Teams at all levels of the organization **• Roles & Responsibilities:** Will be handing multiple Clients/LoBs across sites. Analyze existing business processes to identify areas of improvement Design and implement process enhancements using Lean Six Siga and other quality frameworks Collaborate with leadership to align business improvement initiatives with Org objectives Drive strategic projects to increase cost savings and revenue growth Promote continuous improvement culture Facilitate workshops, training and coaching sessions to upskill the workforce Use data analysis tools to evaluate performance metrics Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership/ project owners on data-driven findings Promote continuous improvement strategies during client visits as required Prepare reports and presentations to communicate the findings Send your CV to robinson.outsource@accesshealthcare.com
